Media Registration - East10Drift

East10Drift would have had a rocky path to success if it wasn’t for you, the media. Photographers and Videographers alike have helped to shape E10D into what it is today. Most have experienced this profession as a thankless job and you continue to do it because it’s your passion. We want you to know that we GREATLY APPRECIATE your dedication and support!

This year we will do what we can to make sure you have what you need at each of our events that you attend! You won’t have to worry about paying an admission fee and we’ll even provide you a safety vest if you somehow misplaced or forgot your own.

We’ll have plenty of water on site for you.

Once confirmed (48-72 hours), please submit any links to your work (from each of our events) or website, along with a logo so we can include you on our website!

Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate everyone with a camera. Our insurance agent would kill us if we had a 100 photogs on course! We ask that you have had some past experience on the track. Please fill out the form and we will respond to you with a confirmation.

Instructions Media will be directed to check in and check out upon entering or exiting through the gates of the event. Check in desk is located at the East10Drift control unit. We ask for you to deposit your most memorable footage into the East10Drift data bank upon completion of your day. We ask that video footage be shared/deposited into our data bank at the end of your day too.

Agreement *
Completion and submission of this application does not guarantee the issuance of media credentials. The EAST10Drift Media Credential Application must be received by east10drift at least one (1) week prior to the first event media credentials are being requested for. Media credentials are limited per event and will be granted approval at the discretion of east10drift. Members of the media are responsible for confirming their credentials before the event. East10Drift reserves the right at any time to revoke or terminate any media credential at their discretion.

Requests from media members must be event specific and may only be requested by using the East10Drift Media Credential Application. Applicants may submit and are encouraged to submit additional information regarding their resume or experience with the application.

All media applicants must be at least 18 years of age and follow all rules set forth in the East10Drift Rules at the event. For additional questions or concerns regarding proper attire and etiquette, please email lou@east10drift.com.

If granted media credentials, East10Drift reserves the right to request any and all media coverage pertaining to the event including, but not limited to; raw, unedited versions of photographs, video footage, and articles. Media coverage requested will solely be used for the purpose of East10Drift and proper credentials and recognition will be attributed to the respective party when used.
